Soha T. Saiyed

Partner

Soha is an attorney with over a decade of experience representing vulnerable people in complex litigation. She represents those whose rights have been violated by their employers, schools, or the government. She is also an award winning anti-trafficking advocate.

Formerly, Soha was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society. She served rural, low-income Kentuckians in such areas as landlord-tenant, foreclosure, consumer, and family law.

Soha is from Shelby County, Kentucky. She received her B.A. from Bellarmine University and J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Louisville.

Soha is a member of several community organizations, including serving as co-chair of the Nelson and Shelby County Human Trafficking Task Forces and a board member of the ACLU of Kentucky. She is the Board Chair and founder of Stop Traffic Kentucky and organizes the Stop Traffic Gala, a Derby-eve fundraiser for human trafficking survivors.

Kelly Parry-Johnson

Kelly has never shied away from a difficult fight to help her clients. She is accomplished in the courtroom and has received a number of winning jury verdicts. Kelly has also been honored with the Kentucky Rising Star Award in both 2019 and 2021.

Previously, Kelly was a staff attorney at the Louisville Metro Public Defender’s Office. During her tenure as a Public Defender, she received two Walker Awards for litigating successful outcomes at jury trials.

Kelly was born and raised in the midwest. She received her B.A. from Purdue University and went on to graduate cum laude with a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2013, where she was also inducted into the Order of the Barristers for her accomplishments in advocacy.

Kelly volunteers her time around the community for various organizations, including as a member of the Gender Equality Committee with the Louisville Bar Association.
